How to order our products
At Flower Boxes Athens, we’re flower experts. We spend our days creating beautiful arrangements that you’re sure to love and enjoy. We offer a wonderful variety of fresh cut or preserved flowers, gorgeous arrangements and specialty products. Our clients have the chance to select from a large assortment of options that are suitable for every occasion.
We offer a few options to order:
1. Simply choose one of our products and add it in the cart. Proceed with check out, add your name, phone number and the address of the receiver. After that, proceed with your payment online.
2. Before placing your order, add in the notes the date when you want to receive flowers. At this day we will contact the person and ask what is the best time to receive the order. If you forgot to mention the date, we will send you an email asking for it right after we received your order.
3. You can call us directly to ask about availability of the flowers and flower boxes.
4. You can fill the form on our website in “Contacts” and we will get in touch shortly;
5. If you want something specific that you cannot find on our website, find us in Social Media and send us a message.

Ειδικές παραγγελίες θα παραδίδονται την επόμενη ημέρα από αυτή της παραγγελίας.
Working hours.
We take orders and provide online support 24/7.
Monday - Saturday we deliver flowers from 10:00 till 20:00. If you need delivery some other hours, this can be arranged if you contact us on via chat or What's up.
Sunday - closed, except of Holidays and preorders (that you have to place on Friday).
Important! For some flowers (like peonies, garden roses, some kind of spray roses we have to receive your order at least one week before the delivery data, because these flowers are coming to us from abroad and upon your order. In some cases, we might find the same roses available in shorter period than one week, but it cannot be guaranteed, That is why if you want specific flowers, it is better to make a preorder.
How to pay?

Please note, because we are online flower shop, we do not store flowers, but we get them fresh when you place your order. Therefore, we ask you to place your order 1-3 days prior the date so we could order a fresh flowers to be delivered to us.
Delivery
The delivery for flowers above 50 euro is free of charge in Athens.
If you are entering the address in Attiki region and the system does not show you the delivery option (only pick up from the shop) it means, the address is far away from our flower shop. In this case, you can send us message asking for possibility to send your order. In this case extra charge will apply, no matter what the cost of the flowers is.
If you do not know the address or the receiver, and want to send flowers, but you only know the Social Media account or a phone number, we can try to contact the person. In this case you have to provide us with your name so we could inform this person who is sending the flowers. This is needed for trust purposes.
In some instances when the flowers are to surprise someone, the person may decline to receive it.. The cost of flowers won't be returned.
When the first attempt of delivery is unsuccessful, we can try to deliver second time, but with an extra charge.
In some instances, due to weather conditions, the delivery may not be possible. In this case we will attempt to deliver later on during the day or the next day, free of charge.
Before sending your order with our courier, we can send you some pictures of the bouquet/flower box upon your request (May not be possible in Valentines day & International Woman's Day due to the extreme amount of work).
If you wish, we can take a photo of the receiver with the flowers (if they will allow us).
If you wish to write something on the post card, it is free of charge. Our florists will choose one of out branded post card that will perfectly match with your flower arrangement. Send your request for the post card in our online chat after placing your order.
Refund and return policy.
Fresh cut flowers, forever roses as well as soap roses, cannot be returned, changed and refund cannot be initiated once the order is placed and completed.
For decorations such as marriage proposal set ups, same rule apply. Once the day is booked, we cannot proceed with the refund or cancelation. However we offer the change of the day, in case of the bad weather conditions, or an emergency scenario such as flight cancelation (for couple that are coming from abroad).
